Recovery and Resilience Financing Platform (RRFP)
The Recovery and Resilience Financing Platform (RRFP) brings together a diverse coalition of partners and initiatives to increase country access to public and private financing sources supporting early, accelerated recovery and long-term resilience. RRFP members contribute to the initiative through their existing portfolios of work, while strengthening synergies and avoiding duplication through co-creation, coordinated action and knowledge sharing.
By sharing knowledge, building evidence and working together to scale up financing recovery and resilience, the RRFP works to ensure:
- All countries can access increased public and private finance, including those experiencing or emerging from crisis
- Development cooperation resources are used strategically to unlock new and innovative financing sources
- Financing instruments are adapted to specific country contexts and risk profiles
- Financing interventions are deployed quickly and coherently, maximizing synergies and reducing fragmentation
A Seville Platform for Action initiative, launched at the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development in July 2025 by the Government of Spain and UNDP. The RRFP is endorsed by: AFD Group, AfDB, EIB, World Bank, EDFI, g7+ Secretariat, UNCDF, Meridiam, and Shuraako Capital.
